Do I have to order online?

If you do not want to order online, feel free to contact us and we can order your caps via email. We do find that the Cap Builder tool is helpful for visualising what your design could look like.

I’m unable to complete your order enquiry form to my exact design. What do I do?

Simply send us an email and we will do what we can to meet your specifications!

Do the caps have different sizes?

We have a full range of sizing options.

These range from XX Small (50-51cm) to XX Large (62-63cm).

How are your caps made?

All of our caps are hand-made with high-quality velveteen that can be dyed to meet any colour specification.

Just like the rest of the cap, the embroidered logo is totally customisable, so you can be as imaginative as you like.

How long will I need to wait for my caps?

Our normally delivery time is between 4-6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.

Am I able to track my order?

We do not currently offer a tracking service with our shipping.

Can I pick my order up from your offices?

This can easily be arranged! When we get in contact to confirm your order, just mention that you would like to do so.

My order has not been delivered yet what do I do?

Once your order has been confirmed, we will provide you with a rough timeline for delivery.

If your order is taking longer than expected please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, shipping timeframes can be drastically impacted.

How do I return my order?

As all of our orders are customised to our customers specifications, we only offer returns if there is an error in the design of the caps.

In this situation, we will organise the return of the caps with the customer.
